When one talks about weight loss, most folks would immediately think about skipping meals or resorting to rigorous exercises to achieve that perfectly toned body. Yet, it’s a different case for Marie Osmond as she apparently ate six meals a day to shed off the excess fat – and the results are staggering.
Believe it or not, the ‘Paper Roses’ songstress lost roughly 50 pounds by improving her metabolism through consuming healthy amounts of food instead of depriving herself of snacks. Osmond also opted to incorporate nutritional supplements in her diet, which proved to be effective given how awesome she looks today. Good for her!
