One glance at Rachel Ray would make anyone second-guess her actual age. Why? She looks incredibly youthful, all thanks to her successful weight loss journey. The beloved celebrity cook dropped 40 pounds by going to the gym regularly, doing a combination of strength training and varied cardio exercises.
Interestingly, Ray admits it’s never easy to maintain an extensive workout regimen, yet she does her best to show up every day since she acknowledges that only she can help herself.
