Here’s how Clarkson did it: she ditched the flours and sugars she used for years for more healthy alternatives. That means, instead of using wheat flour for her bread, she now uses almond flour. The singer also traded regular sugar for honey as a sweetener, and now, she gets to still eat everything she used to before her weight loss, only this time around, guilt-free.
