Bob Newhart – Born In 1929 – Young Sheldon

Bob Newhart was on his way to get his law degree when he found himself venturing into the world of comedy. Come the ’60s; he was releasing comedic albums and never looked back. Today, he’s known for his varied work that spans decades and platforms.

Young generations may know him best from his stint as Professor Proton in “The Big Bang Theory.” Newhart then reprised the role in the CBS show’s spinoff sitcom “Young Sheldon” from 2017 to 2020. He continues to make guest appearances in 2021 and even graced the first ICON segment of “Entertainment Tonight.”
