Paul Hogan – Born In 1939 – Crocodile Dundee

Paul Hogan was already a respected name in comedy in Australia when his fame got a massive boost. That’s all thanks to the popularity of his 1986 action comedy film “Crocodile Dundee” and the sequels that followed it. Hogan became a prominent pop-culture figure, and he became a fixture of the Oz entertainment scene.

At one point, he even appeared in a car commercial for the automaker Subaru as well as Foster’s beer in the United States. Still alive and hard at work, the Golden Globe-winning actor revived his Dundee persona for the film “The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee” in 2020.
