First making a name for himself as a tall, brooding cowboy in Western features during the ’60s, Sam Elliott has since proven that he’s got range. He’s been nominated for and won several prestigious awards, including an Oscar nod in 2019 for “A Star is Born.”

And he’s not entirely done yet. Still rocking his signature mustache, the “Conagher” actor continues to thrive as a performer. In 2021, it was announced that he was cast as part of the streaming TV series “MacGruber” that’s based on a “Saturday Night Live” parody of the popular show “MacGyver.”
