Oprah is a name known worldwide as an icon and entrepreneur, and we think she should also be seen as an inspiration! Losing 67 pounds is no joke, and for someone whose relationship with their body was as intensely publicized as hers, wellness and health are extra important.
After several bouts of yo-yo dieting leaving her metabolism damaged, Oprah found the ‘Weight Watchers’ program, which reportedly helped her change her outlook on the process. Ditching her liquid fasts for healthy, whole foods helped her sustain her weight loss, and her schedule does not require additional activity as she is always on the move. Oprah seems to have found what works for her; and if she’s happy, so are we!
