There is no way backstage legend Shonda Rhimes was going to miss out on this list. The ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ writer and producer also managed to lose 150 pounds leading to a breathtaking transformation. Shonda, tired of her weight and unhealthy eating, embarked on a weight loss journey comprised of a diet and workout program.
While there might be nothing advanced about this program, most folks barely stick to it long enough to see the results. Well, the ‘Scandal’ producer did, and her new figure tells it all. A daily 30-minute walk and giving up processed foods couldn’t be so bad after all, right? We may not entirely agree to this, but Shonda does!
